Welcome to Little Bit Bakery! I am Angela, the owner and head baker! I am currently 20 years old and in year 5 of running this business.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, I ordered a $25 baking set from Amazon and started having fun. I always wanted to bake but never allowed myself the chance to go “all in.” When covid hit, it was the perfect opportunity. Being stuck at home, I was able to do what I always wanted to do… BAKE! Fast forward and here I am now! I run my bakery business out of my home and operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

In September 2025 I officially opened up my porch bakery in hopes of sharing more baked goods with more people around me. With social media and an amazing community, the porch bakery has grown into more than I ever dreamed of. Ultimately, God has been so good in guiding and providing the business to where it is today. The Little Bit Porch Bakery opens on Saturdays at 8am and is stocked with breads, pastries, and treats. While the bakery is here to offer things you will enjoy, it is also here to bring community together and hopefully make peoples day a little bit better (:
